As part of the large-scale recovery and redevelopment initiative carried out in Adıyaman following the earthquake, Kontek Prefabrik contributed with its technical expertise and rapid production capacity.

In this project, implemented in full compliance with the high safety and quality standards set by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, we successfully completed the construction of modern village homes designed to safely accommodate 50 families.

Modern and Durable Architecture in 100 m² Living Spaces

Within the scope of the project, 50 detached housing units were delivered, each designed with 100-square-meter layouts tailored to the region’s geographical conditions and the needs of the local community.

Manufactured in full accordance with ministerial technical specifications, these structures incorporate advanced engineering solutions offered by prefabricated and light steel technologies. Each home is not merely a shelter, but a durable, energy-efficient, and seismically certified living space built to withstand harsh climate conditions.
