As part of the large-scale industrial and construction-based IHI project in Istanbul, we constructed a Prefabricated Worker Dormitory designed to meet personnel accommodation needs at the highest professional standards.

Delivered by Kontek Prefabrik, this dormitory building was developed in accordance with international occupational safety and comfort standards. It has been specifically engineered to enhance workforce productivity and morale, even in demanding site conditions.

Durable Prefabricated Technology for Challenging Conditions

The prefabricated building system implemented for the IHI project is fully adaptable to Istanbul’s variable climate conditions and the intensive use typical of construction sites.

Thanks to high-insulation wall panels and a reinforced steel structural system, the building ensures both energy efficiency and long-term durability.

With its rapid installation capability, the project was completed turnkey and fully aligned with the scheduled timeline.
